Hi Diane, as I explained in my email I was out of the shop due to personal reasons, we delivered your flowers on the date and time you requested, I don't feel that it justifies a 1 star review

Beautiful flowers. Sent to my mum for her birthday she was absolutely delighted with her very special delivery .. long stems, summer colours with no paper or wrapping.
